Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport opened an exhibition of the outstanding gunsmith Mikhail Kalashnikov.

The exhibition will include different sections: «The Life Path of the Designer», «Messages to Descendants», «Political Activities», «Contribution to the Development of Arms», «The Way to the Main Invention - AK-47» and others.

Airport passengers will be able to visit the exhibition in the art gallery of Terminal E for free until September 30.

Recall anniversary celebrations will be held in 15 regions of Russia. The key festive event will be the holding of the “Forum of gunsmiths” on the Day of the gunsmith on September 19 in Izhevsk.
